Shipping Policy

Local Shipping (within Singapore)

We offer registered postal service within Singapore at a flat rate of S$3.20.

There will be free local shipping for orders above S$40.00.

 

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

We offer international registered postal service at a flat rate of S$10.00.

There will be free international shipping for orders above S$100.00. 

International shipping duration will be dependant on location and typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks* 

* Delivery times are only estimates 

* Fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

*All parcels will come with a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your parcel at www.singpost.com/track-items

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are non-refundable upon payment confirmation unless the item/s is/are defective or incorrect.

 

We apologise if you have received a defective or incorrect item. Please email us at eachapair@gmail.com within 7 days and kindly indicate your (1) invoice no. (2) returns/exchange reason and (3) provide any pictures if applicable.

 

Upon verification, a replacement will be shipped out and tracking number provided to you. If the replacement item is not available, you can choose to proceed with a refund or an exchange for other items in our store. We accept top-ups if the desired item is of a higher value.

 

 

 

Please note that refund/exchange is not applicable for the following:

 

 

1. Slight defects

Example: Loose threads and tiny spots/stains.

We regret to inform you that slight defects that are not obvious under natural light and/or do not compromise the integrity of the item not covered under our refund/exchange policy. 

 

Resin patterns are unique to each piece, colour(s) and patterns may differ and may not be identical, and will not be considered as defects

 

Note: Some of our products are made of 925 silver which are inherently flexible and there may be slight bends in the studs. We are aware of these bends and would perform an inspection prior to shipping.

 

 

2. Slight color difference

As the color of our merchandises may differ slightly when viewed from different digital screens, we regret to inform you that slight color differences are not covered under our refund/exchange policy.

 

The size and colour of rattan pieces may differ and may not be symmetrical or identical due to the nature of the material. Such imperfections are not considered as defects
